Building a Character
Character Creation Guide
Build a WFRP 4e character through the Core Rulebook's nine steps, then connect their career, ambitions, and history to the party.
Species Guide
Choose a Human, Dwarf, Halfling, High Elf, or Wood Elf by connecting the character to the campaign, party, and Old World.
Careers Guide
Choose a career as a job, social position, party role, and source of future problems rather than a narrow build choice.
Equipment Guide
Choose trappings for the problems ahead, then make money, availability, quality, and encumbrance part of the adventure.
Running the Game
Combat Guide
Run dangerous fights around objectives, position, momentum, escape, and consequences instead of a queue of attack rolls.
Magic Guide
Use the Winds of Magic, spellcasting, risk, and public consequences to make magical characters useful without treating magic as a safe shortcut.
GM Resources
Prepare local problems, make fair rulings, share spotlight, and keep Old World pressure moving without railroading the party.
Lore Guide
Use Reikland, faith, travel, work, and local authority as playable pressure instead of a setting lecture.
More guides are being written
Character creation, careers, combat, magic, and Gamemaster guides will join the library as they are source-checked and illustrated.
