Your data belongs to you. Here is exactly how to delete it, what gets removed, and what we are legally required to keep.

Your Right to Delete

What You Can Delete

You can request deletion of your account and all personal data we hold about you. This includes your profile information, booking history, purchase records, analytics identifiers, and any content you have created on the platform.

When We Must Retain Data

Certain records cannot be immediately deleted due to legal obligations. Financial transaction records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. If there is an open dispute, relevant records are retained until it is resolved.

Third-Party Data

If you signed in via a third-party provider (Google, Discord, etc.), deletion of your account here does not affect data held by those services. You must request deletion from them separately.

How to Request Deletion

From Your Account Settings

The fastest way to delete your account is through your account settings. Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, deletion begins immediately and is irreversible.

Via Email

If you no longer have access to your account, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

For Creators and GMs

If you have an active creator or GM account with outstanding earnings or open bookings, those must be settled before full account deletion. Contact us and we will walk you through the process.

What Happens After Deletion

Immediate Effects

Your account becomes inaccessible immediately. Your public profile, listings, and any content tied to your identity is removed from the platform within 24 hours.

Data Purge Timeline

Personal data is purged from our primary databases within 30 days. Backups are rotated and fully purged within 90 days. After that window, no personally identifiable data about you remains in our systems (except legally mandated financial records).

Anonymized Aggregate Data

Some of your interactions may be reflected in anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g., total bookings for a game system). This data cannot be traced back to you and is not considered personal data under applicable law.

Data Portability

Export Before You Leave

Before deleting your account, you can request a full export of your data. This includes your profile, booking history, purchase receipts, and any characters or content you have saved. Email [email protected] to request an export.

Format

Data exports are provided as a JSON archive delivered to your registered email address. We aim to deliver exports within 14 days of request.
